11 Before 11

Life is an adventure – and school should be too!

We understand the importance of providing children with a well-rounded education that goes beyond the basics. Drawing from cherished memories of primary school, from camping trips to live performances, we created 11 Before 11.

This initiative is our commitment to giving every child in the REAch2 family 11 enriching experiences before they turn 11, or 7 Before 7 for our infant academies, ensuring younger pupils access age-appropriate opportunities.

11 Before 11 will enable all REAch2 children to:

• Enjoy the ‘great outdoors’
• Experience ‘the arts’
• Embrace new cultures
• Challenge their adventurous spirit
• Stretch their comfort zone
• Build new life skills
• Support the community within which they live.

Whilst the provision of opportunities is vital, the impact that participation creates is more important. Through the delivery of 11 Before 11, we are not only looking to open our pupil's eyes to a world of new opportunities, but also to help them develop the skills and experiences required to thrive and develop in their future lives.
